UPMC is hiring a Patient Services Representative to support the Eye and Ear Institute located at 203 Lothrop Street, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. In this patient-focused role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while coordinating appointment scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, and other front-office functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team (occassional travel required to Shadyside office)
