The Patient Access Staffing Coordinator provides tactical workforce planning, real-time support, and analytical insights to ensure appropriate staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center (PAC). This role partners closely with access center operations and leadership to forecast demand, optimize schedules, monitor real-time performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a proficient working understanding of the interdependencies between forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, adherence, and service-level performance in a high-volume contact center environment. This position requires the ability to assess real-time conditions, respond quickly to operational disruptions, and analyze trends to reduce risk and improve performance.
