Patent Associate / Senior Associate

The Patent Associate/Senior Associate is responsible for managing a complex team in a high-volume practise, with a focus on automation/AI supported process improvements, efficiency optimisation and technical excellence. The role requires the application of strong technical, legal and commercial expertise to protect and maximise the value of clients' innovations, while maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence and client service.

This role requires progressive development of business capability, client relationship management skills, and people leadership competencies.
