We’re looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to help lead this space—someone who balances technical skill with creativity, and thrives in a kitchen where detail matters.

The Role
Working closely with the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen. You’ll guide the team, shape the offering, and ensure every plate that leaves the pass feels considered and complete.
