Job Description

The Executive Pastry Chef is responsible for overseeing all pastry and bakery operations within the property. This role involves creating innovative dessert menus, managing pastry production, ensuring quality standards, controlling costs, supervising pastry staff, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The Executive Pastry Chef works closely with the culinary leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and specialty baked goods.

Qualifications

  • Previous 5-star Hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
  • More than 5 years experience in the same role.
