Minor Hotels is looking for a Demi Chef - Pastry/Bakery at Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas. You will assist the Executive Chef in leading the Pastry & Bakery kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.

Your responsibilities include selecting and training new kitchen staff and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role requires working efficiently under pressure.
