Watling Academy is looking for a committed Pastoral Leader to join our pastoral team starting in September 2026. This role will focus on leading and delivering high-quality pastoral care and support for student wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will support behaviours, monitor attendance, and ensure high standards are maintained. With strong leadership skills, you will work closely with students and staff to foster a supportive school environment.

This position offers a competitive salary of £29,899 to £33,528, reflecting our commitment to staff value and development.
