Pastoral Care Officer Job Summary
Support students' emotional, social, and behavioral well-being by building positive relationships, providing mentoring, and working closely with school staff and families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct one-to-one mentoring and emotional support for assigned students.
- Guide students in developing positive behaviours, coping skills, and conflict resolution.
- Support restorative conversations and student reintegration when needed.
- Assist with small group programmes on social skills and emotional well‑being.
- Conduct home visits (with a colleague) according to school protocols.
- Work closely with School Counsellors, teachers, and parents to support student progress.
- Maintain basic records of student interactions and follow-up actions.
