Accountabilities • Reports to Executive, Ground Operations. • Responsible for overseeing daily Ground Handling Agent (GHA) operations relating to Above-the-Wing (ATW) and relevant Below-the-Wing (BTW) coordination, ensuring compliance with Company standards, operational procedures, and airline brand requirements. • Acts as the Airline Representative at station level for passenger handling and service delivery matters.2.
