Parts Ordering and Supply Specialist

ACMobility is looking for a Parts Ordering and Supply Specialist to manage spare parts ordering, supply planning, and inventory replenishment within the Aftersales Department.

The role is responsible for ensuring parts availability through demand analysis, procurement coordination, and shipment tracking while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Working closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, the position supports service continuity, minimizes supply disruptions, and drives overall aftersales efficiency.

• Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and lead times to develop effective parts ordering and replenishment strategies

• Manage spare parts ordering, allocation, and supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels

• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
