Our client is looking for an experienced automotive Parts Manager to join their dealership in Mackay.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll take over a well-run department with a solid team already in place. Rather than walking into a rebuild, you'll be joining a business looking for someone who can continue the good work, support the team and help grow the department.
You'll be leading a team of eight across a Parts Department generating more than $9 million in annual sales. The business is particularly keen to continue growing its fleet and trade customer base while maintaining the high level of service it's known for.
