Description
 :Manage parts procurement and allocation for the D17/D18 service teams, ensuring timely support for field operations.
Provide shop parts coverage and maintain inventory availability to support ongoing service activities.
Collaborate across departments and teams to ensure efficient parts distribution, communication, and workflow execution.
Backorder Management, Parts ticketing escalations with CAT, Used Parts Sourcing
Exceptional customer service and collaboration with all facets of client’s organization
First point of contact for the customer to inquire on piece parts orders
Coordinate with Field Technicians and Response Supervisors to identify, source, and order parts required for service and repair work orders.
Qualifications:
Journeyperson parts certification coupled with previous parts, warehouse, front counter, sales experience and Caterpillar product knowledge
