Job Summary

The Mechanical Services Coordinator primary responsibility is to coordinate and oversee office administrative duties in support of day-to-day operations of Revelstoke Mountain Resort maintenance team. This will include the provision of varied office duties, maintaining shop inventory, preparing payables and overseeing the OH&S program in the maintenance shop.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist department heads with ordering parts
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of shop consumables
• Create Purchase Orders and monitor their approvals
• Oversee order deliveries and assist with receiving
• Verify accuracy of deliveries, initiate and follow up disputes with suppliers in case of discrepancies
• Oversee warranty returns
