Job Description
Kelly is hiring a **Parts Counter Sales Representative** on behalf of a company who specializes in new and used commercial trucks, parts, service, and maintenance, earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and exceptional customer support.

**Responsibilities**
+ Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email with identifying and ordering the correct parts.
+ Recommend related products and current promotions to meet customer needs.
+ Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
+ Monitor backorders and help locate hard to find parts.
+ Maintain accurate records, including lost sales and inventory information.
+ Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and industry knowledge.
