Overview
The individual in this position should be a personable, sales oriented, ethical problem solver. Individual should be able to adapt to all of the forces around them – customers, suppliers, employees and manufacturer’s employees.
Individual should represent Dealer Product Support in a sales capacity and promote all parts for which the Dealer is an authorized Dealer, according to the direction of the General Parts Manager
Basic Duties
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
+ Sell parts to all fax-in, email-in, call-in, and walk-in customers
+ Ascertain part number; inspect worn, damaged, or defective part to determine customer need
