Parts administrator

Our client a well established Automotive Workshop is seeking the services of an experienced Parts Administrator.

Experience in Costing of Vehicle parts to go onto quotes Sourcing parts and suppliers experience is essential Accuracy and attention to detail 3-5 Years parts administration & sourcing experience Must be able to follow policies and procedures Creating and authorising purchase orders Sending orders to the supplier and following up to ensure that it is received timeously and that deadlines are met.
