- Research Support: Conduct primary and secondary research across domains such as healthcare, agriculture, education, financial inclusion, fundraising, and artificial intelligence/machine learning to support internal strategic initiatives.
- Knowledge Management: Support the development of knowledge assets, including landscape reports, white papers, position papers, concept notes, presentations, and briefing materials for internal decision-making.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain, curate, and regularly update databases of partners, donors, and other stakeholders. Ensure data quality and support CRM management activities.
- Opportunity Assessment: Assist in identifying, tracking, and evaluating emerging opportunities, programs, and use cases related to AI for social impact and underserved communities.
