Enhance local economies as a Partnership Development Advisor based in Lima, Peru. This 5-month volunteer role emphasizes training curriculum adjustments and economic partnerships.
You will conduct skills needs assessments with local businesses to identify gaps and guide vocational institutions. Facilitating capacity-building workshops and networking will strengthen economic facilitation and private sector engagement. The goal is to foster supplier development and improve employment for disadvantaged groups, particularly women and youth.
