Partner – Residential Property
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor with a strong track record of managing a busy and varied workload, who also has a genuine passion for developing and supporting a team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Lewes Residential Property team, taking responsibility for both its operational and strategic direction. You will work with a high-quality and diverse client base, including individuals, landed estates, developers and portfolio owners, and will oversee complex, high-value transactions.
Your Role Will Involve:

- Managing a broad caseload including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, refinancing, transfers of equity, equity release, new leases, lease extensions and general property advice.
- Handling all conveyancing matters efficiently and professionally from initial instruction to completion.
