Role Responsibilities
- Practice & Operations Management: Oversee daily administrative operations of the psychiatry practice, ensure workflows, staffing, and internal processes run smoothly, and support the practice owner with executive-level administrative and operational tasks.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and manage two Virtual Healthcare Assistants (current and upcoming); provide guidance, feedback, and performance oversight to virtual staff; coordinate staffing needs as the practice expands. ...
