Overview

At PwC, the Partner Compliance Program focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for partners. The Specialist supports independence, ethics, and enterprise risk management for PwC US clients by liaising with the Independence Office, monitoring partner investments, vetting impermissible investments, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Independence Office liaison to PwC US and MX partners by answering emails, providing guidance on personal independence, regulatory compliance, and related R&I topics.
• Update and monitor partner investment portfolios, ensuring compliance with the firm’s investment recording system and granting access to financial advisors.
