Bilingual in English and French , both written and spoken
- Support managers in their leadership positions, helping them to develop empowerment and autonomy when faced with HR challenges (conflicts, workforce planning, structuring, hiring requirements, etc.)
- Keep collaborators' files up to date and ensure traceability and compliance
- Provide support and follow-up to employees facing problems and direct them to the appropriate resources
- Provide conflict mediation when required
- Acts as a strategic partner to managers to support performance, engagement, and organizational transformation
