Job Description
Responsibilities
- Experienced re-employed employees to train and guide newer employees, including Work-study Diploma (WSD) employees, facilitating knowledge transfer, and enhancing workforce capability
- Providing training, coaching and mentoring to our technicians
- Minimum Higher Nitec or Nitec
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant work experience
- Good analytical skill
- Possess good sense of responsibility
- Able to commit 4 days’ workweek, 8.00am to 4.00pm / 9.00am to 5.00pm
- 1-year contract, part-time role
- Available workshops: Hougang / Bukit Batok / Ulu Pandan (Please indicate preferred choice of working location in resume)
