Part-Time Reservations Pro – Boost Bookings & Guest Service

Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is seeking a Reservations Agent (Part-Time) responsible for handling reservation requests, guest enquiries, booking administration, travel agent relationships and group business generation.

You will promote hotel products and services, process reservations and amendments, respond to guest emails within 24 hours, ensure bookings are accurately entered into hotel systems, and collaborate with Sales and Front Office to maximise occupancy.
