In this role, you will assist the supervising physiotherapist in executing tailored treatment plans for residents in care facilities. Key responsibilities include performing gait training, balance exercises, and maintaining daily communication with the physiotherapist. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist physiotherapist in treatment execution
• Conduct gait and balance training sessions
• Lead group exercise classes safely

Requirements:
• PTA/OTA diploma or Kinesiology degree
• Previous LTC experience preferred
• Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check
