Old Main Village Senior Living community is looking for a Part-time Maintenance Assistant to join their operations team! The ideal candidate has availability to work 20 hours/week, who has basic maintenance skills. Experience in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is a plus!

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general repairs in the building, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
- Maintain exterior areas such as landscaping, parking lots, walkways, and common outdoor spaces by trimming, sweeping, and performing routine upkeep.
