Part-Time Lecturer: Semiconductor Lab & Nanodevice Design

Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, invites qualified candidates to apply as Part-Time Lecturer for NM6604 and NM6605 courses offered to students in the NTU-TUM M.Sc. Green Electronics Programme. The position commences August 2026 and requires a commitment of at least 5 months (one semester).

The successful candidate will teach postgraduate courses, conduct labs using VisualFab, and contribute to DOE-based simulations and MOSFET modeling discussions.
