Situated a step-away from Brighton station we offer craft food that matches our vast range of craft beer. We are extremely proud of also being a reputable home hub for Brighton & Hove Albion football supporters. 

We are a dedicated and passionate set of people who have a wealth of experience and are looking forward to finding the right person to complete our small kitchen team and we would love to speak to all levels of kitchen experience. The ideal candidate has some experience in professional kitchens already and is ready to learn about helping our chefs with any task such as cleaning, accepting deliveries as well as prepping and cooking some dishes.
