Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and committed Permanent Part-Time Inventory Admin to support our inventory, warehouse, and administrative operations. This is an ongoing part-time position, ideal for someone seeking a long-term flexible work arrangement.
Working arrangement: 3 days/week
Working hours: 8 hours/day
Location: Merchant Road/Kaki Bukit
Support inventory administration for accessories, contact lenses, and amenities, including system updates and shipment coordination.
Process procurement documents, verify invoices, prepare vendor invoices, and assist with payment processing.
Assist with warehouse and logistics operations, including dispatch orders, price tag printing, inventory transfers, and returns.
