Job Description
Elevate patient care as a Part-Time Exercise Therapist in Cardiac Rehab at Scarborough Health Network. Support patients through tailored exercise programs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
This role offers a 12-month temporary contract based at the Centenary Site, requiring travel to satellite locations. Ideal candidates will possess a B.Sc. in Kinesiology or related fields, alongside a minimum of one year of experience in cardiovascular rehabilitation. You will manage outpatient cases, assess risk factors, and provide patient monitoring and counseling throughout rehabilitation journeys.

• Develop individualized exercise and wellness programs
• Conduct risk factor assessments for cardiac patients
• Monitor and supervise patient exercises effectively
