Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) engages customers, maintaining a friendly, authentic, and professional approach to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager and supports the store’s operational success, including welcome desk duties, cash wrap, inventory management, and daily routines.
Responsibilities
- Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm over phone, virtual chats, and in person, communicating clearly and concisely and resolving conflict.
- Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a Five-Star experience.
- Maintain service vows: Being Prepared, Welcoming, Meeting Needs, and Supporting customers emotionally and practically.
- Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to the store’s Five-Star goal.
- Proactively address concerns, escalating when needed and partnering with leadership.
