We are now looking for an exceptional individual to join our Office Team, working supporting both office operations and community care when required.
The Role
This is a primarily office‑based position, providing strong administrative and coordination support across the service. You will also assist with on‑call responsibilities and cover care calls in the community when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing essential administrative duties Booking Call visits also including clientreviews, spot checks, care plans, and auditing.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls with clients, carers, and new enquiries.
