Job Description
Drive financial leadership at The Newly Institute as a part-time Controller. Manage financial operations, reporting, and internal controls while supporting mental health initiatives across Canada.
This permanent, part-time role (0.6 - 0.8 FTE) focuses on leading the financial operations within a rapidly growing organization dedicated to changing mental health care. You will report directly to the Senior VP, ensuring financial integrity and strategic decision-making while leveraging your expertise in budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance functions and establish financial governance
• Provide analysis and recommendations to the executive team
• Direct accounting operations including month-end and year-end close
• Oversee cash management and treasury operations
• Implement strong internal controls and compliance measures
