Part-Time Chef de Partie — Master Western Prep & Plating

SPIZZA PTE LTD is seeking a cook to prepare a variety of western dishes, including meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items for broilers, ovens, grills and fryers. Responsibilities include stocking line stations, portioning according to recipe, maintaining a clean workstation, and following plate presentation and garnish standards.

Requirements: at least 1 year of western food experience, ability to work on weekends, adherence to food handling standards; salary commensurate with experience;
