Job Description
Join the Department of Athletics as a part-time Assistant Coach for Cross Country and Track and Field. This role focuses on supporting NCAA Division II programs through coaching, recruiting, and athlete development.
You will assist the Head Coach in daily operations for both men’s and women’s cross country and outdoor track programs. Engage in player development, practice planning, game preparations, and academic monitoring to promote student-athlete success. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you also coordinate recruiting and team travel activities.
Key Responsibilities:
