Parent Liaison Officer

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1. Parent Engagement and Pastoral Support

●      Act as a key point of contact for parents, providing guidance, reassurance and ongoing support.

●      Support families in understanding the school's ethos, values, routines, policies and expectations.

●      Assist parents in navigating school systems including reporting, assessment, behaviour expectations, homework and pastoral support.

●      Support parents in understanding how to support their child's learning, independence and wellbeing at home.

●      Identify families who may be experiencing challenges in settling into the school community and provide appropriate support or signposting.

2. Admissions and Onboarding Support

●      Provide clear and accurate information to prospective families regarding the school's curriculum, ethos and admissions process.
