Parent Engagement Officer

Overview

This role plays a key part in building trust with parents, supporting advocacy initiatives, and ensuring a positive parent experience across the school community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for parents, managing day-to-day communication, enquiries, feedback, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to foster trust, transparency, and long-term engagement with the school
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate parent engagement activities such as parent forums, briefing sessions, dialogue sessions, and community events
• Support parent onboarding initiatives by ensuring new families are well informed, supported, and integrated into the school community
• Drive parent advocacy efforts, including word-of-mouth referrals and engagement of parent ambassadors to strengthen positive school representation
