Parcels Manager

Overview

At Team Global Express, we connect people and communities, drive eCommerce, and keep New Zealand moving. Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a Parcels Manager to lead the day‑to‑day performance of our Christchurch Parcels operation.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll keep freight moving safely and efficiently, support your team to deliver, and make sure operational standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily parcels operational planning and execution.
• Manage freight flow, labour deployment and operational priorities.
• Drive performance across service, safety, productivity and quality measures.
• Coach, support and develop team members to build capability and accountability.
