Job Description

Overview:

Support litigation processes, legal holds, discovery, and legal records management across U.S. and Canadian matters. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate litigation support and discovery
  • Manage legal holds and document tracking
  • Maintain case files, deadlines, and records
  • Support subpoenas, regulatory, and legal requests
  • Work with internal teams and external counsel 

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification
  • Experience in litigation or legal operations
  • Strong organization and confidentiality skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe

    • Nice to Have:

  • U.S. or Canadian litigation experience
  • eDiscovery or legal systems exposure
