• Ensure compliance with the guidelines and regulations for each fund transaction in the short time available.
• Supporting preparation of regulatory filings and processing regulatory monitoring tasks.
• Responsible for coordinating internal and external parties before, during and after the settlement of fund transactions, as well as maintaining ongoing communication to ensure transparency.
• Responsible for checking the completeness of transaction documents and for completing missing papers or information.
• Review KYC documents prior to each fund transaction, and provide these documents during transactions if ad hoc queries arise.
• Assisting the marketing material review process.
• Monitoring and analyzing new regulatory developments.
