Title: Paralegal
Worksite Location: Cambridge, ON, Canada
Job Duration: 3-Months Contract to Hire
Pay: $25-$35 h/r
Hybrid Role: Tuesday & Thursday on site, rest is fully remote
Hours per week: 30 x 35 hour a week
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- College diploma or degree in a Paralegal or Legal program
- 1–2 years of experience in a legal role (including internships or academic placements)
- 3+ years of Paralegal experience
- Experience with subrogation cases and recovery processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently within defined guidelines
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
