Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. (Physics and Chemistry) or B.E or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Job Resposibilities:
- To operate the plant smoothly and safely to achieve set yield and quality of product working on DCS/PLC/SCADA control system.
- Respond to ERCP as per procedure
- Control process parameters within safe operating window. Respond promptly to alarms, and initiate actions for rectification
- Effective use of OMPro tool
- Mitigate process emergencies and emergency shutdown
- Monitor raw material and energy consumption in shift
- Participate in shutdown, startup and preservation
- Report any abnormality to shift superintendent
- Monitor quality control parameters
- Maintain optimum operating conditions for lower energy consumption and increased yields
- Maintain parameters as per SOC's during trials
