Position Overview

The Panel Beater is responsible for carrying out safe, efficient and high-quality vehicle body repairs in accordance with manufacturer repair methods, insurer requirements and quality standards.
The role requires an experienced tradesperson who can work independently, meet production targets and contribute to the smooth flow of vehicles through the workshop.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Restores structural dimensions and integrity to collision damaged vehicles
• To remove and refit motor vehicle components, such as: body panels, interior trims, seats and carpets, electrical components, mechanical items, and others as required, as per the job sheet nominated by the Office Estimator.
