The **Pallet Shop Manager** will oversee nightly pallet production, quality assurance, and shipping operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising a team of 8-10 employees, ensuring pallets meet customer specifications, coordinating trailer loading, and completing all required documentation while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and lead a team of 8-10 employees during the overnight shift.
+ Ensure production goals are met by completing **15+ loads per night** .
+ Pull customer orders according to specifications.
+ Inspect pallets to ensure they meet quality standards, including:
+ Built to customer specifications
+ No protruding nails
+ No broken or damaged boards
