R9 Recruitnment are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on void properties in the Salford area. This role involves preparing and decorating vacant social housing properties to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for new tenants.
Location: Salford
Pay — Potential weekly earnings £790- £900
VAN AND FUEL CARD ARE PROVIDED
Requirements
- City & Guilds Painting & Decorating qualification
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating or valid CSCS card
- Basic DBS check
- Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within voids or social housing
Duties
- Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, priming)
- Internal and external painting & decorating
- Working efficiently to deadlines in void properties
- Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with standards
