**Responsibilities**
+ Operate spray guns to apply paint or coatings evenly
+ Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, masking, basic prep)
+ Mix and handle paint materials safely
+ Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain spray equipment and keep work area clean
+ Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
