You will work in a fast-paced environment over 10-hour shifts, focusing on blasting and applying coatings to meet safety and quality standards. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols. Effective communication and teamwork will help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate blasting equipment for surface prep
• Remove old coatings and contaminants
• Transport components to and from work areas
• Apply paint using various methods
• Inspect for quality compliance post-painting
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in blasting or painting preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license needed
• Physical stamina required for the job
• Strong problem-solving abilities
