The Painter Assistant works in the paint department performing touch-up work on small parts such as brackets. This is an entry-level role that focuses on light-duty, repetitive production tasks and does not require the use of a respirator for touch-up activities. The position offers the chance to develop foundational skills in industrial painting and paint preparation while contributing to high-quality aerospace components.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the paint department with touch-up work on small parts such as brackets and other production components.
- Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and basic paint prep activities as directed.
