Body Shop Paint Technician
Pay
+ Flat Rate: $19–$34/flat rate hour, depending on:
+ Experience
+ Productivity
+ Performance
+ Eligible for production/productivity bonuses and other short- and/or long-term incentives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform automotive paint repairs according to manufacturer, insurance, and company standards.
+ Prepare and paint repaired vehicle parts.
+ Inspect completed paint work for quality.
+ Track repair time and document completed work.
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area.
+ Use paint materials efficiently.
+ Keep customer vehicles clean.
+ Attend training to stay current on repair techniques.
+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
+ Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
