**Description:**
You will be the Paint Supervisor - Level 3 for the Coating & Finishing team which is responsible for leading paint and surface‑finishing operations on F‑16 and C‑130 programs.

**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Paint Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for directing daily coating activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead and coordinate all paint and coating work, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance while meeting quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
+ Translate production plans into clear daily work assignments and monitor execution to ensure timely task completion.
+ Identify and implement process improvements that boost quality, reduce cycle time, and lower cost.
+ Champion FOD prevention through training, best‑practice enforcement, and continuous monitoring.
